abs can be there on most people to find them or see them the fat needs to be stripped of the tummy,this involves cardio training on a treadmill or cross trainer around 1hr 3/4 times a wk.incorporating sit ups 3sets of 25.leg raises 3sets of 25.you should notice improvment in 3/4 wks also stick to a healty diet of chicken veg fruit fish whole cerial leave out bread cakes choc,or at least to a minimum i noticed a diff after 4wks and after 10 wks my waist n abs was brill.good luck.

Remember, you are just toning the area – so, you also need to lose fat (if you have those issues) in order to really see results. You should be doing cardio along with the toning. 30 minutes of cardio 3x a week is MINIMUM just for fitness so bump it up a great deal to lose fat. You will lose fat overall and hopefully, around your abs.
