Motivation – The Key To Your Weight Loss And Six Pack Abs

Motivation is key to your weight loss and six pack abs.  This is the hardest part of being successful in your diet and training program.  This is your key to success.  Motivate yourself now.

The first week or two can sometimes be the easiest.  You’ re fresh into a new routine. But then your favorite food starts haunting you, or you decide to rest for a day or two because you started a little too fast.  Then, the next thing you know, you’ve lost your direction and fell back into old habits.  Old habits that got you to where you needed to lose weight in the first place! Then you think why bother.

It’s time to get right back up and start again.  You can di this.

First, make sure your goals are realistic. Do you need to adjust the time to get to your ideal goal?  What is your ultimate goal?  What is acceptable?  What is healthy?  Maybe you need to change the time frame.  It’s OK to add an extra week or month or two months if you need to for your best six pack abs or healthy weight.

Are you more comfortable doing group exercise or exercising with friends?  Or do you exercise better on your own? Whichever way, make it fun for you. Add your favorite music to your workout. You’ll stick with your new and healthy six pack abs diet and exercise routine better and longer.

You don’t want to get burned out, so ease into your diet and exercise.  Build up your exercise as you gain confidence so you can build up your muscle, reducing your weight.

Do make exercise a part of your daily routine, but be flexible.  You can enlist the help of your favorite workout music to get you motivated to move, to exercise and to have fun.

Some days you are ready to take on the world and really enjoy your six pack abs program.  Other days, all you can do is put one foot in front of the other.  On those days do exercise, but just take it easy.  Walk, or get some friends together to play a sport for fun. Or just play with your children or pets.  Try to find fun.  You just might decide to exercise more than you planned because you’re having fun.

Make sure to ask your friends for help when you need it.  They might decide to exercise with you, or get you to go out dancing or hiking or biking.  Or get a trainer to show you some new exercises to make your workout more interesting.   Everyone is different. It’s good to be flexible.  Your body needs it to continue to make progress.  Change up your routine.

Track your progress once a week or every two weeks.  Just to see if you are on track and to see if you need to make any changes.  Remember your goals?  Do they need adjusting?

You do need to reward yourself now and then.  It’s OK to have your favorite food once in a while, or to rest a day or two.

Rewarding yourself on occasion is OK, but try to keep it once every couple of weeks or so. Then get right back on your program the next day and follow your diet and exercise routine.  You’ll be glad you did.

Motivation is key to your weight loss and six pack abs.  Use all of your motivation tools as you need them.  You’ll stay on track to weight loss and six packs abs better.
