Has anyone ever got abs without a special program?

It just seems like you have to do a program like p90x to get abs.

    everyone has abs, but if you don’t do cardio and eat well you won’t see them. Stop drinking soda

    just work out a lot, eat lots of good food and do especially lots of exercises for your abs like crunches and leg extensions and sit ups.

    dont eat bad stuff and stay away from soda. i just make up my own ab workouts which usually consist of crunches, leg lifts, etc. check out this website for some things you can use in ur workout http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abexercises.htm

    Everyone has abs. Until you get to less than 8% body fat, though (which is not a realistic or maintainable goal for most people), you won’t see the “6-pack.”

    Work on core strength and eat a healthful diet as a way to start, though.
