Everyone has abs. Until you get to less than 8% body fat, though (which is not a realistic or maintainable goal for most people), you won’t see the “6-pack.”
Work on core strength and eat a healthful diet as a way to start, though.

just work out a lot, eat lots of good food and do especially lots of exercises for your abs like crunches and leg extensions and sit ups.
