    i find sit up and crunches easy “/ maybe its just me
    anyway its ganna be my 3rd week doing ur easy abs and butt workout and i already see the difference
    i do follow ur 3 times a week :)

    hi Reshell, I#m Miriam090985 and i have a question that is important to me! I have the medical condition,”double S sculiosis”, and my back hurts very easyily! could i put a pillow under the hollow part of my lowerback, to take the tention? or would that defeat the whole exercise? because i really would love to tone up my abs for the summer season! please respond! with great respect Miriam090985

    Good video, but…

    Not trying to be mean, but technically, you’re not doing a crunch. It’s a half sit-up. A crunch, your shoulder blades are the only part of your back to leave the ground. Basically, it looks like you are just raising your neck to “crunch” your abs. thumbs up though.

    One quick question: I still don’t know what you mean by “sucking in your abs” — will it not work your abs if you don’t “suck them in?”

    actually to get a full ab workout w/ the leg drops, ur head should be up like 3-4 inches (my bf is in the military and he showed me and his abs r amazing) but they hurt and u do single legs as well :) hope that adds to it

    a pillow would be fine :) the use of the towel is to stop you from using your lower back whilst doing crunches. So this should help with your back pain, thanks for subbing Xx

    would a pillow work just as good for the first excise. i have mild but very painful back problems and its really hard for me to excise unless its dancing or swimming. everything else kills :P
    please someone let me know. it would be greatly appreceated. ^^
