    I think if you threw in some Planks/Bridges into this exercise that you’d probably get ripped pretty fast.

    on the first exercise he does the leg lifts can you do that on a pull up bar for abs work out?

    u can do this moves 2-3 times at the week . this should be good for you. but remember if u want six-eight pack also u must to do “CARDİO”;

    I agree. Gym workouts make your muscles stiff and you lack flexibility. Only way to even that out is with martial arts or power yoga, which I doubt this guy does.

    No, I probably wouldn’t do it everyday. Your abs would get over-worked and then you won’t see results. I would say alternate this kind of workout.

    actually it doesn’t matter which exercise you’re doing as long you feel your abs muscle doing the job and feel hot and tight while performing, 60 reps is too much especially for a beginner.

    Guys……though this is a great video, I would not recommend this to beginners or intermediates……..this is for those who are into serious workout, though I follow most of his workout, lemme tell u this abs workout is The Toughest!!!!!
