How do you target lower abs in a workout to complete a six-pack?

Hey, I’m 18 years old and in college. I would love to get toned for the summer, but it’s really hard to get my lower abs right. I’m extremely active and have a regular workout plan. I’m 5’11″ and 172 lbs. Please, I need some insight.

Crunches or sit ups, and maintaining your diet plays a significant role. Stay away from a lot of high cholesterol and calorie foods.

when it comes to targeting lower abs, try more exercises that involve lifting your legs rather than your upper body. For example, knee raises, leg raises, hanging leg raises, 6 inches, and bicycles. These types of exercises focus more on lower abs as well hip flexors, which are muscles that help during sex as well.
