How to Get 6-Pack Abs in a Month

Being healthy doesn’t mean eating celery sticks and working out 3 times a day.  And it definitely doesn’t mean getting sick!  (Getting healthy by getting sick? Huh?)

In fact eating bird seed and over-exercising is more a recipe for disaster because no one can sustain that.  It’s actually a good way to gain a lot of weight. 

With proper exercise and diet (not starvation!) you can achieve 4 pack abs, 6 pack abs, 8 pack abs, 10 pack abs and even 12 pack abs!  And if that’s not even your goal, you can still achieve better abs, firm abs and simply hot abs with a good exercise program.

Like me, you’ve probably found that getting rid of that ‘pudge’ around the middle is the hardest part of the body to tackle.  I’ve done endless sit-up routines, gym workouts, training sessions and classes to eliminate it, but it couldn’t be more stubborn.  Argh!

If you’re like me, there are lots of dress styles and pants styles that just DON’T LOOK RIGHT when you’ve got belly fat and noticeable love-handles.  It’s depressing to look at yourself in the mirror or to be in romantic situations and feel self-conscious.  And forget about the beach.  Ouch. 

I found the hottest shaped body I could on the internet and I printed out the picture and put it on my wall.  Motivate yourself with images of success and sexiness.  Another useful tip is to mark an upcoming date on your calendar when you are presenting something, meeting someone, going somewhere or attending some event as a target date to achieve certain body goals.
