Uncover The Foods That Are Pure Fat Burners

In prehistoric times humans were hunter gatherers. The process of hunting animals and gathering fruits and edible plants took a lot of energy. If we were to go back to living as people did in those times we would be lean and strong as they were.

But driving around in our cars hunting for a good restaurant or gathering food off of shelves in a grocery store doesn’t expend a lot of energy. Therefore we have a problem.

One of the other problems that early man had to contend with was famine. Climate changes and animal migrations would cause vast disruptions in food sources. That’s why our bodies store energy in the form of fat. To get us through lean times.

Fortunately, today we don’t expend much energy in hunting or gathering our food and we don’t experience famines.

The food that is available to most people today is not only high in energy content, but also very tasty. It is this abundance of great tasting food, acquired with very little energy output, that causes people to be overweight.

So what do we do about it? One solution is to move to one of those areas of the world where famine still exists and people regularly go without enough to eat. We see pictures of these unfortunate people on TV from time to time, mostly in advertisements asking for donations.

You may wish to lose weight, but I’m pretty sure you don’t want to go to that extreme.

In our modern society we have found solutions for a great many things, and keeping our bodies in good shape is one of them. We can borrow some ideas from our hunter gatherer fore bearers. But we can do it in such a way that we can enjoy today’s surplus of food.

By making some relatively small and effortless adjustments to the way we eat, we can slim down and live healthy lives. The good news is that if we do it right, it is easy to do.
