I’m 13 and am pretty small and slim except for my stomach. I really want flat, nice looking abs. I know exercises to build a 4-pack [a 6-pack looks kinda weird on girls]. I just want to know how hard I’d need to work. Thanks!
Getting a flat stomach is much easier than keeping one. Once you’ve busted your ass to get one, you have to work much harder to keep it.
Mainly, you’ll have to concentrate on your diet. Feed the muscle and not the fat. Monitor your fats, starch, sugar, salts, and complex carbs (processed food).
Walking and running/jogging are pretty good exercises to help lower the fat throughout the body. Crunches will tighten the mid abs, leg raises for the lower abs, and twists for the obliques (love handles).
