How to get flat abs the fastest and most effective way?

Could someone give me a list of foods for women to get flat abs and sports and tips? and how long it takes to achieve them? thanks!

abs can be there on most people to find them or see them the fat needs to be stripped of the tummy,this involves cardio training on a treadmill or cross trainer around 1hr 3/4 times a wk.incorporating sit ups 3sets of 25.leg raises 3sets of 25.you should notice improvment in 3/4 wks also stick to a healty diet of chicken veg fruit fish whole cerial leave out bread cakes choc,or at least to a minimum i noticed a diff after 4wks and after 10 wks my waist n abs was brill.good luck.
