Yes I would say that everyday should be great especially if you wants to get good results , after you get the best results , so later on you can just maintain it and do 4 time a week.
The other thing is , there is 2 suggestions , 1st you can do 15-20 min a day , or 3sets of 20 each day , and when its gets easier you can go up to 30 and so and so
