    You’re right about this but don’t you usually have to lose belly fat by sweating like bike exercise cause if u do this and have belly fat, it just make ur belly look fatter. unless ur doing this video for ppl who doesnt have belly fat.

    This is a great video!

    I saw a similar excercise that required you to hang from a pull up bar. It’s too hard because most people’s grip gives out before their abs. Using the weights and bench is a great way to exercise your abs.

    hey I have a question.. I am a pole dancer ( not a stripper).. I use my pole at home to do something like this.. I lay in front of it grip the pole above me and then pull my lower body up past the pole above me.. is that the same effect as this?

    wow great idea never woulda thought of it..i dance with ankle weights cause there great when you take them off i can jump much higher and my legs feel lighter but never woulda thought theyd help my abs :)
