You’re right about this but don’t you usually have to lose belly fat by sweating like bike exercise cause if u do this and have belly fat, it just make ur belly look fatter. unless ur doing this video for ppl who doesnt have belly fat.

This is a great video!
I saw a similar excercise that required you to hang from a pull up bar. It’s too hard because most people’s grip gives out before their abs. Using the weights and bench is a great way to exercise your abs.

hey I have a question.. I am a pole dancer ( not a stripper).. I use my pole at home to do something like this.. I lay in front of it grip the pole above me and then pull my lower body up past the pole above me.. is that the same effect as this?
