How do you work on sexy abs?

Like a six pack abs. What type of exercises must you do and how long does it take to get sexy six pack abs?

    It depends on how fat or big your stomach is.
    You will have to completly change your diet, either don’t eat or eat a lot of meat/ protein and pretty much no sugar.

    If you have normal flat 14 year old girl stomach than it will take you about a year if you work on it EVERY SINGLE DAY.

    Try doing crunches, sit ups, planks, leg lifts, and reverse crunches. I would say about 100 crunches first three days, than 150 the next three days, and keep on rising it up by 50 crunchs up until 500 crunches. Than make sure to do 500 EVERY DAY because if you slack off one day, it will ruin your WHOLE rutine and everything you’ve worked for.
