Umm… I’ve tried this and no… it didn’t work too well for me. I have the J-Lo big booty, which is hard to balance on the edge of the ball like that. Though I did do something similar to this which is doing sit ups on the ball by letting the ball roll. It’s fun. Plus my butt doesn’t slip off the ball and hurt itself. LOL Thanks for the idea/inspiration for the new exercise.
