    im a AAA hockey goalie and the season just finished
    I don’t if I should go back to the gym or start doing this daily

    if not then do these excercises everyday for an hour. it will take a while. i did tennis from 8am to 12pm, track for 10am to 12pm and, swim for 5pm to 9pm. your gonna have to do a lot more than just three minutes. dont let them fool you. these people already had six packs.

    lol you cant get a six pack in 3 minutes. idk y they show people these vids. well idk how long it takes to get a six pack because when i looked i already had one but thats because i play three sports at a time.swim. if u swim youll know youre getting one because once youre out the water for like 10 minute u will be extremely sore. playing tennis is good 2. you have to twist alot and squat. track is good too. running makes your body feel tight and sore. one of these sports is how i got one idk

    This Summer i did 120 of difference Abs workout i got HUGE Improvement in only 3 weeks by using these and yes it worked but then i stoped doing abs workout for 1-2 months and IM SERIOUS its all gone so im gonna start again so dont STOP

    Just started doing this excercise on monday night. Did 3 sets tuesday morning and then at night and then this morning and gonna do 3 sets again tonight. How long till I see results? I have no body fat on me and am 19 years old 127 pounds. Imma do this excersise everyday morning and night monday thrue friday except for saturdays and sundays cuz those will be my off days. how long till I start seeing results???
