In this video, i show 10 variations that you can do to work out your core(abs). I feel the core is the most important factor in Ninja Warrior, in every sport really. I try to 60 reps each, but if you new start off slow and do 20 reps each. Watch you will get a six pack in no time. THanks for watching and please subscribe.     @nrp360 yes you can get abs. train your ab muscles and with enough time you will be able to have defined looking muscles. whats important is to have a proper diet and plenty of exercise to decrease the fat surround your abs in order to make them visable.

    I have a very similar one to you i just didnt know the names:
    sits-ups
    Knee up Crunches
    6 inchers(leg lift hold)
    90 leg taps
    Bicycle crunches
    Superman
    side crunches
    5 sec hold crunches

    Dont use anything to hold your legs down tho and touch your knee to elbow on the bicycles.
    for the guy who says it doesnt work i was doing this before i saw the video and it definitely does

    the first one sucks because when you holding you feet like that and have something that holding them back makes you train your hips and the abs to but i dont think you guys want train ur hips like that..

    @lollipopuser You may have tried tons of other workouts, but have you actually tried this one long enough to obtain results? It is possible to obtain results from this workout. However, it might just take a longer time to get it. I do agree that other workouts can help obtain the same results much faster.

    @LigerDeath546 I have tried tons of workouts. That is why i can tell this is nothing special. Neither parts of this workout is any new, and on top of that he does half of them wrong. For example, he uses his hands to pull forward when doing crunches making them 20x easier. i can barely feel it when i do it that way. Instead try to fold them over your chest or even strench them behind your head.
    This way you will get the full use of every chunch, why would you work out just to cheat.

    @lollipopuser There’s no correct way to get six pack abs. Theres tons of variations to get it. Try the workout first before saying it doesnt work.

    just cuz u assholes cant do it doesnt mean that u can say shit and ima in mma (mixed martial arts) and u have to use ur hands otherwise u will ether get off ballenc and fall or wont work the core hard enough dumm ass

    You’re using ur hands to get up at allmost all of them.
    No way you get a sixpack with that workout. sorry.
