How can a girl get a six-pack stomach?

I am already very thin, so I do not need to loose fat.
Also, how long should it take since I am already a little toned?

Sure you can…it just takes a little longer since women have normally more fat layers than men.

    Please please please do not get a ripped stomach! There is no bigger turn off then a man’s stomach on a woman. Just be toned and smooth.

    Many reps of leg raises, crunches, weighted sit ups.. And then you’ll start bringing out the ab muscles. I’d suggest you just leave your abs toned, flat and lean.

    I must admit that, yes, I have frequented a website called "The muscles of Dee Kay." It is totally dedicated to fabulously beautiful fitness women. Check out the website and the models, most of whom are also personal trainers that are more than willing to share "ripped" info online.

    I DO know this: for the six-pack, you will have to lift heavier weight to make the abdominal muscles "bulge". The abs are, after all, a mere sheet of muscle, basically. Beyond the toning phase, expect hard work.

    I would definately tone up, but I don’t see girls with 6-packs, it’s not very attractive. I think girls are hotter when they’re toned, not with 6-packs, that would probably scare me off.
