I must admit that, yes, I have frequented a website called "The muscles of Dee Kay." It is totally dedicated to fabulously beautiful fitness women. Check out the website and the models, most of whom are also personal trainers that are more than willing to share "ripped" info online.

I would definately tone up, but I don’t see girls with 6-packs, it’s not very attractive. I think girls are hotter when they’re toned, not with 6-packs, that would probably scare me off. References :

Please please please do not get a ripped stomach! There is no bigger turn off then a man’s stomach on a woman. Just be toned and smooth.
