I am 5’10 195, 27% bmi most of my weight is in my legs, but I do have a stomach. I run and ride a bike for a total for 45-75 mins a day. I also eat well, no more than 2000 calories a day. Realistically how long will it take to get a lean stomach? six pack?

a very, very long time unless you do ab workouts too. it doesn’t seem like you’re working out that much (how fast are you biking?). try mixing running into more intense biking workouts. then immediately after your workout do various ab exercises for 10 minutes and spend a minute on each exercise. (you won’t get far with just crunches.) make sure to work on your lower abs just as much as upper.

Hard to say. I managed to lose weight and get six pack abs following advice on this website: http://www.mosteffectivefatloss.com

    I recommend checking it out

One pound of bodyfat is about 4500 kcal. You might see your abs at a bodyfat percentage of 10-12%. Try to measure your body fat using a bodyfat scale, then do the math.

It depends on your diet. Your exercise regime is good, but look at the website here for some ideas to push you a bit further
