Whats a fast way to a perfect six-pack stomach and strong biceps?

Im 16, and I think its the perfect time to start working out. I cant go to a gym right now, so I would like to know which’s a fast way to grow muscle size that doesnt require you going to the gym or using a machine. I know weight lifting is a fast way to develop arm muscle,s but Ive heard it affects your height, is this true? In case it is what are other ways to develop strong and bigger biceps and triceps? I KNOW THAT TO HAVE A SIX-PACK STOMACH YOU SHOULD GET RID OF ALL THE FAT IN YOUR STOMACH, I eat normally, not 100% healthy but I try to do so often. Im 64 pounds, and people say Im really thin, so should I still get rid of that fat in my stomach? Whats a fast way to develop the six-pack abs, stronger muscle legs? What are some good FREE web sites with advice on this subject and good nutrition? Running will help me get rid of fat fast? I know there are many questions, but I hope you can all help me. Thanks.
Im around 1.80 cm. I eat tons of food and Im still really thin. (I dont have anorexia or food problems)
Thanks for all of ur help. All of you mentions something that im not sure what they mean such as “barbell”, “dumbell”, “standard curls”, “french presses”, etc. Could someone explain what they mean? Thanks.

PS: Im really thin but got a tummy anyway, how can I get rid of it?
OOPS MY MISTAKE! IM 64 KG, not pounds. Sorry, is it to thin anyway?

    1. Weight lifting does not affect your height.
    2. By a barbell, dumbell and weights.
    3. Running up and down stairs is the best way to burn fat off your abs.
    4. Standard curls are the best way to add mass to your biceps, while concentration curls will add to the peak. French presses and lying extensions are the best for the triceps. A quick browse through your search engine should show you a site with diagrams of these excercises.
    5. Good luck.

How tall are you?? 64 pounds at 16 seems REALLY thin…I can’t imagine you have any fat to lose in your stomach. My advice is to see your doc first to make sure it is safe to exercise, don’t get crazy with it, he/she will probably have some good advice as to how to exercise heathily so as not to hurt yourself. Good luck and good job for wanting to be healthy!

Jumping rope is great for building leg muscles. Concentrate on the areas you want to improve – crunches and push-ups for abs. I’ve heard the Steel line of workout videos are great (I saw Buns of Steel at the dollar store, and was tempted to get it, but I want Arms of Steel). I think the Steel tapes are a great idea for those people who (like me) want to target certain areas w/o losing too many calories They may be “girly,” but the concept sounds good. If you’re thin, I would eat heartily, and concentrate on trouble areas (tummy) with strength exercises.

There are two main components towards developing your body. They are diet and exercise. Unfortunately you cannot do one without the other if you truly want to be successful. While there is often a desire to have the best body possible with the least amount of work, a muscular body is going to take a good deal of work.

If you can’t go to the gym, you’re going to have to find other methods of resistance training. There are various exercises that use your body weight for resistance such as pullups, pushups, etc. Focus on basic exercise movements (nothing fancy), and try 3 sets of each exercise with 12-15 reps. Make sure to hit all your muscle groups (or split them by day to maximize rest.)

While people will often tell you to do bicep curls to build your biceps, I suggest a different approach. Work your legs. It seems to me that at 64 pounds you are definitely on the light side. You are going to need to gain overall body mass to build your upper body and working your legs (a massive muscle group) will improve your upper body.

You will also have to adjust your diet. Focus on eating a lot of lean protein (in building muscle try for 1 gram per pound of body weight a day). You can use a protein powder, but lean chicken, steak, and fish will work just as well. Protein is absolutely crucial to the synthesis of lean muscle mass. Compliment your diet with vegetables, and whole grains. Get plenty of rest as muscles are built in your sleep, not the gym. Muscles grow as they are repaired responding to the stress placed on them throughout the day. Drink at least 64 oz of water every day, it’s another crucial component of the process.

Good luck, remember there are no shortcuts, but working out smart can significantly decrease the time necessary to do so.

For help with your legs i suggest to either run up and down stairs or talk long walks or runs. For your biceps and triceps, you can do push ups or curl-ups. to bulid strong arms u can pull yuorself up on the bar too, do an armhang. If u r 16 and r 64 pounds thats very very very thin. I’m not a doctor but the best way to go is probably check with your doctor before lifting any weights i wanna do that. I dont reccomend weights for a 16 year old girl though. Here’s a little tip too: Mucle weighs more than fat,so if u are 200 pounds of pure muscle u are better fit wise than a 200 pound non- muscle person.
