This is a fun video I made to show how to contour, accentuate your own abdominal muscles. It is easy, quick (10 minutes or less) and fun! In this video I use, 2 NARS multiples (Rapa Nui and Copacabana). I also use a foundation type brush to blend. To touch up the high points of the torso, I use Touche Nacree from Yves Saint Laurent. Follow the basic steps that I show, and you will have a body that is ready for fun in the sun at the beach or a nude photo shoot. Also, what do you think of the model in my video?
