			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What do the entire top models and most celebrities have in common? The result is 6 pack abs. A defined midsection is the Holy Grail of health and fitness. If a person possesses defined abs, that person is usually regarded as being in exceptional shape. I believe it has something related to the fact that the abdominal area is a last place to lose unwanted fat, so if a man is defined for the reason that area he is likely in great shape all round. The crazy thing is always that if you go directly into most gyms, I would estimate that lower than 5% of the trainees actually have got a six pack. The challenge lies from the belief that people have a misunderstanding of what must be done to achieve this magnificent look.</p>
<p>These days in the event you go into any gymnasium, you will see a big focus on &#8220;core workouts. &#8221; Personal trainers have people doing a number of crazy exercises on training balls which supposedly forces the entire body to stabilize itself applying &#8220;core muscles. &#8221; Concentrating on the core muscles allegedly tones the abs to obtain a six pack stomach muscles. I see personal trainers devoting nearly 1/2 of the client&#8217;s time concentrating on exercises which work the actual core. The funny thing is always that I see people make it happen week in and weeks time out and none these people get any closer which will get six pack abs.</p>
<p>Another way of thinking is to work abs hard every single day. There are tons of exercises which consentrate on the abdominal muscles. A lot of people use various floor exercises for example crunches or sit-ups. People also use machines for their quest for six wrap abs. Some people recommend working the abs each day or every other day time. Some tell you to utilize high reps and absolutely no weight or heavy weight like almost every other muscle. I see a lot of people do this 7 days in and week out and what happens&#8230;very few of those have six pack washboard abs!</p>
<p>I use a defined midsection year circular, but it wasn&#8217;t always doing this. I followed the above recommendations and still did not get that six group look. Believe it or perhaps not, a back injury helped me discover what works best for getting six pack abs! Ok , i&#8217;ll elaborate&#8230;I sustained a back injury 5 issue and was unable that you&#8217;re performing any crunch movement pain free. I was bummed away, because I had any vacation to Cancun organized 8 months later. I needed to look great from a swimsuit and have firm 6-pack abs. I had to give that up on working my washboard abs directly for 8 complete months! I was persuaded that my abs would certainly look flabby. A nuts thing happened&#8230;I had amazing hard six pack abs in time regarding my vacation and WE didn&#8217;t do one belly exercise for 8 many months!</p>
<p>Okay, since time I haven&#8217;t worked abs directly whatsoever and my midsection looks much better than ever. I am convinced that having hard six pack abs showing is 95% about our bodies fat percentage and possibly 5% or less concerning working the abs. The thing is that, all of us curently have a nice six load up&#8230;it is just undetectable under a layer involving fat. I guarantee that in case you get your body weight to 10% or decrease, you will have amazing washboard abs for the world to view. My recommendation is that will drop your ab workout and spend that period on cardio. You would like nice abs? Hit that Treadmill or the Elliptical Appliance. Seriously, it the only way you can ever see those ab muscles.</p>

Unfortunately, it seems that the masses still go about their quest for a sexy stomach in the least effective manner possible.</p>

<p>The fact is that typical crunches, sit-ups and side bends have almost nothing to do with truly attaining that flat stomach and sexy abs that everybody wants, but most struggle with. It&#8217;s true.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>According to Mike Geary of Marlton, NJ, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), author of the internationally best-selling e-book, &#8220;The Truth about Six Pack Abs&#8221; and founder of TruthAboutAbs.com, most people are simply wasting their time with hundreds of crunches, sit-ups and other direct ab exercises while trying to flatten that stomach.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The real secret, says Geary, is in choosing exercises and workout combinations that stimulate the metabolism and give more of a fat-burning hormonal response, in order to more easily strip off the excess belly fat that is covering up those abs. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>For losing belly fat to slim down that tummy much faster, Geary prescribes throwing the crunches out the window for the time being, and instead focusing on multi-joint full-body exercises that give you a much better calorie burn and metabolism increase. For example, exercises such as lunges, squats, mountain climbers and other similar exercises are much better for burning belly fat than ab exercises such as crunches or sit-ups.  </p>

<p>Crunches and sit ups sure aren&#8217;t the answer to getting a flat stomach. Cardio exercise is actually the best way to achieve a flat stomach. This is because cardio exercise burns far more calories than exercises such as crunches and leg lifts which focus primarily on the stomach. When performing cardio exercises, you will burn fat all over your entire body. The fat will burn off your stomach allowing for your stomach muscles to show through.</p>
<p>You can only succeed by taking the first step! If you&#8217;re not ready to begin a new workout routine you can begin by changing your eating habits and lose some fat this way. Once you have done cardio for a while, you need to do crunch exercises in order to get a flat stomach.</p>
<p>But which crunch exercises are really going to work? For your upper abs, your best bet is the basic crunch. To perform this exercise you are going to lie on your back on an exercise mat. Place your hands to the side of your head and bend your knees at a 90 degree angle. You will leave your shoulders off the ground as if you were attempting to touch your knees with your chest. Remember not to move your legs at. All! The point here is to lift you using your stomach muscles. Do This for 3 or 4 sets, 15 to 30 Times A set. Also remember to take a few minutes rest between each set.</p>
<p>The reverse crunch is the best exercise you can do for your lower abs the reverse crunch requires you to lie on your back with your hands directly behind your head, knees bent, and feet roughly 5 inches from the ground. Slowly bring your knees to your chest, lifting your behind off the ground a bit. Concentrate hard on tightening your stomach muscles. Perform do this exercise in sets of 3-4. As before you should repeat the move 15 to 30 times per set and rest for about 2 or 3 minutes in between.</p>

I have never warmed up to the rakish grind on the regular Spyderco Native. However this Carbon Fiber (CF) Native4 version, as noted last year in the catalog, is much more intriguing to me. It is a showpiece edition of the Native, featuring very thin CF scales which improve visual presentation. These scales also make the Native CF extremely FLAT and comfortable in carry, aided by the typically well-executed Spyderco clip design (properly blackened for the theme). But expect no traction on these scales: they are disappointingly slick and provide zero purchase. A textured and matte finished CF along the lines of the &#8220;Buck Mayo TNT&#8221; (250 pc limited edition) would have been preferred. The jimping on the underside choil is perfect but it is glaringly absent on the upper spine; an incomplete execution of the design. The lack of traction not withstanding, the CF ergos as are good but would be improved by the addition of some jimping topside (or you can add a thin strip of skateboard traction tape as Ive shown before). The carry weight of 3.4 ounces is unimpressive for a CF knife (should be feather light) and can be attributed to the skeletonized stainless steel frame of this knife. At this price point and design goal, a titanium frame would have been superior. Deployment speed and lockup are superb as is the 2.9&#8243; full flat ground, bright finished VG10 steel blade. It is very functional and perfectly sized for EDC. Fit and finish are impressive and the knife could be a crowd <b>&#8230;</b></p>
