im 13, 110 pounds with some fat on my stomache that im looking to get rid of. i started yesterday doing 6 sets of 50 sit ups with a five-ten minute break between each set. how long will it take for me to get six pack abs?

I’m 17, 5’2” and 132 pounds. I’m a very hard worker and actually quite strong. If I were to work out 6 days a week for an hour and a half (30-40 minutes of cardio & an hour of abs and either arms or legs weight lifting) how long would it take me to get completely toned and have six pack abs?

How long does it take to get six-pack abs?

I started jogging on a tredmill for 25 minutes every day as well as eating foods with high amounts of protein and drinking lots of water and milk. I have also been lifting weights and doing stomach excersizes every other day. I have already noticed improvements in my arm muscles but not yet my abs. How long will it take for me to get a six-pack.

I am 5’10 195, 27% bmi most of my weight is in my legs, but I do have a stomach. I run and ride a bike for a total for 45-75 mins a day. I also eat well, no more than 2000 calories a day. Realistically how long will it take to get a lean stomach? six pack?
