i workout and do cardio workouts mon thru frid…how times a should i work out the abs?? twice a week?.. three times a week??.. any advice?

I want to start tracking my calories and how many calories I burn very closely, but I cannot find how many calories the “Hip Hop Abs” workouts burn. I’m hoping someone can help me out!

Why Many People Will Only Dream About Getting Washboard Abs

Although many people will only dream about getting washboard abs, it is not in fact, all that impossible to get washboard abs as you might think. Of course there are a few things that need to be in place to begin with, or rather which you will need to put into place to help you get those washboard abs, but once this is accomplished you will find that it is indeed much easier to pave your way towards getting those washboard abs than otherwise.

And the very first thing that you need to do is to first bone up on what exactly you need to do to get washboard abs. There is definitely more to it than meets the eye, and if you know beforehand exactly what is required of you, then you will find it far easier to continue on your course than if you didn’t know and came across these stumbling blocks on your way to getting washboard abs.

So to begin with, you should know that it will take time and effort on your part to get washboard abs, and that you will need to work very hard in order to achieve this goal. This is probably the largest of all stumbling blocks for many people, the need to stay the course for a longer time period than you could wish for. However, nobody ever said that the road to washboard abs was going to be easy.

The next thing that you need to know is that you will be doing strenuous forms of exercise and you should be physically sound to be able to do these. You could of course just start slowly and work your way slowly to a higher intensity workout, and indeed this is highly recommended no matter what your level of physical fitness is when starting out on a new exercise regime, but the better course would be for you to first have a consultation with your doctor, or even have routine physical so that you know what your limitations will be to begin with.

Once this is done, you have two more things left on your plate to do in order to set things up for you to get washboard abs, and these are getting a proper ab exercise routine going, and getting together a reasonably healthy diet, both of which should ideally be tailored to suit your body and your needs.

In other words, you will need to have a consultation with somebody in the know about these things, on what is the best possible exercise routine for you right now, and what type of diet you should be looking at. You could do the legwork yourself and save yourself some money in the process, but sometimes there is no substitute for experience. However, the decision is entirely in your hands, and as long as you know what you’re doing, and you know that you will get your washboard abs, you will be fine.

what is the best type of abs workout without a gym. And how many should I shoot for everyday?

what is the best abs workout with out a gym. And how many situps should I do everyday. because I want my abs to be shown clearly. I eat a lot of protein and piotausissum. My body is muscle up and cut up but my stomach is very flat. I want my abs to pop out. I do seven a days of cardio and 6 six days of weight trainning. I have to be on the top of my game because I am a professional model and I need help.
