Everyday- Wake up 7:00am do 200 push ups 200 sit ups
school till 2:45
workout until 6 (weightlifting)
jog at 9:30 (2 miles)
200 more push ups and sit ups before bed
rest saturday
Im 17 5’9, 160, pretty toned but dont really have abs, will I have abs by the end of june if i do this? also where else will I see changes?
