It is… there are … It is… there are a total of 8 muscles that make up the abdominals. Then there area the obliques (between your back muscles and your abs)and the seratus (rib cage)muscle groups. The hardest abs to hit are the lowers, when you start to see them they’ll look like two individual trianglular shaped muscles.
thats totally not … thats totally not true about the little fat intake. you’re going to give newbies the wrong idea about fat. FAT doesn’t make you fat. stay away from transfat. Otherwise, having fat in your diet is a great thing.
is it possible to … is it possible to get abs below your ( that little whole in you stummy, cant remember the name of it ) ?? cause i haven’t felt anything much ther, and i haven’t seen anyone with it yet..
In addition to … In addition to negyms, you have to switch up the exercises within each abdominal muscle group keeping in mind flawless form. As for what you eat…you could have the strongest abdominal muscles in the world but if your body fat is too high, it will be covered completely. So if you eat a lot of lean meats and vegetables with little fat intake, combined with exercise and cardio, you’d have a washboard stomach in no time.

they could do many … they could do many or not many, it depends if that guy does pushups, if that guy does pushup’s on a regular basis for so long he could def do alot its still his own body weight you know…
cant be.. your abs … cant be.. your abs are not trained the same way.. there are upper and lower and side abdominals=) its a lot harder to train than it looks:P and almost 50% is WHAT YOU EAT!
