please be detailed. anything will help. I am not fat by any means i weigh 110 and i am 5 foot 4. I just want to tone my abs. I have toned legs arms back and sholders. I eat healthy and i try 2 workout daily but i am a busy college student. Any eating tips, easy exercises that work fast, ab toning lotions for cheap and where 2 get them, anything!!

Ab toners won’t help. Remember if it’s too good to be true then run the other way.
Best exercises – a variety of crunches but remember to breathe right while doing them. Breathe in coming up, exhale when laying back down. Put a ball or a stool underneath your lower legs while doing them.

You have to really work at them every day. Pilates, yoga and any other exercise that engages your core will help, but do not forget crunches and planks. Try about’s website for pictures of different exercises you can do.
