What is a fast way to get washboard-stomach abs?

Im 13 and I play soccer. I have alot of ab strength but i cant achieve that washboard stomach abs look. whats a fast way to do it?

    Here’s the scoop that everyone else answering you is missing. (probobly cuz they don’t have washboard abs, huh???)

    You’re abs are already there! the fat that is on top of them is preventing you from seeing the "cuts" in your stomach… Stop doing a ton of ab exercises unless you want to have a big muscle gut. Think about it, if you want smaller arms, are you going to hit the weigh with curls??? NO! I have no idea why people presume abs are some miracle muscle that gets smaller with resistance training… It really doesn’t make sense when you think about it.

    Here’s the answer… Tweak your diet! cut carbs out completely for 2 days then have one day where you eat low carbs, then have a day of high carbs, then cut them out again for a couple days and so on… Play with it for a bit until you find out what you are comfortable with (actually you should be just slightly uncomfortable)

    HIIT Training!!! Can’t stress this enough. High Impact Interval Training… Goes like this:

    minutes 1-3 (slow jog/ medium paced)
    Minutes 3-4 (Full on Sprint)
    Minutes 4-7 (Slow jog/ medium paced)
    Minutes 7-8 (Full no Sprint)

    Repeat for as long as you can, not to exceed 45 minutes of exercise. Trust me, this is the most efficient way to burn fat. Try it in the morning on an emptly stomach or with just eating an apple (apples are thermogenic, meaning it takes more calories to burn them than they have in them)
